Here we have oriented the people representatives about the concept of the whole project and the roles and responsibilities of the representatives. They were also oriented about the steps and tools to be used in the process of the project implementation.
For easy understanding of the project a pictorial representation was made and it has been shown to them and allowed them to explain the same. By this, the participants could able to understand the concept in a smooth manner. After this training programmed the people started involving much in the project and they expressed the need of these types of capacity building events on crop production practices.
