Expected results

At the end of the meeting it is expected that the participants would

• have reviewed the progress of the project activities and exchanged experiences gained in implementing the innovation projects
• have reflected on the pitfalls and successes of the innovation project, and be able to systematize the lessons learned
• be able to fine tune the business and financial plans for the MoPO
• be able to fine tune the Urban Producers’ Field School sessions dealing with technical and organizational aspects of the MoPO
• be able to get an understanding of the revolving fund and group saving schemes of the two associations
• be able to know the types of finance and credit organizations that can give credit to the producers in the project sites
• have exchanged experiences gained in applying the impact monitoring and outcome mapping tools
• have a good insight into the required inputs for the annual report 2009
• have a clear idea of the documents and reports that have to be submitted for the annual reporting process
• have made a work plan for 2010 (local teams)
